What drives us
On your arrival, you will enjoy the country-style architecture of our Bed and Breakfast with the long, planted wooden balconies, a construction that is so to speak, nestled in the beautiful landscape. The optics exude what we want to offer you during your stay: relaxation, slowing down and wellbeing. We place great value on comfort and a high-quality level. This is reflected both in the individual and loving furnishing of all rooms, as well as in the design of the cozy conservatory, where you will have your breakfast. We also focus on the quality of all our food we serve.
What sets us apart
You lodge in a Bed and Breakfast with attached farm, which Franz Santner runs with heart and soul. The farmyard comprises a total of 40 cattle. He produces milk and meat for our Bed and Breakfast. Food cannot be fresher and more sustainable. You will be able to enjoy first-class milk, chickens from your own breed, as well as meat of a quality that is rarely offered. The excellent taste, as we are sure, will convince you.
What is special about our rooms
In contrast to the frequently found unloved standard equipment of many standardized rooms, all our rooms carry the handwriting of the hostess Melitta Santner. So, you can expect rooms that breathe personal design, combined with a warm feeling of home. All the rooms convey the proximity to nature and combine this ambience perfectly with the advantages of modernity. The spacious facilities include, of course, a Wi-Fi-Connection as well as a TV, mini-bar, hairdryer and a shower or bath. A spacious balcony invites you to enjoy the wonderful surroundings in fine weather. Whether you are our holiday guest, or on a business trip, we always offer you a cozy home.

It is mainly the excellent, tasty, regional organic products, which makes our breakfast also interesting for day visitors. Let yourself be pampered with hearty and sweet food directly from our region. Homemade products and many products directly from our agriculture will inspire you. So, we surprise you every morning with bread and buns, which are freshly baked every day in a bakery on sight, just for you. Ham and cheese are also made by producers from our region - just real salzburgish and made with love! We focus our attention on animal welfare, which is for us, self-evident.
